Our
Philosophy
When we developed our salt collections through our vintages and vintage grands crus, numbered and produced in limited editions, we relied on the cultural power and the richness of a forgotten terroir at the origin of the development of the salt production on the Guérande peninsula: Batz-sur-mer. The ancestral techniques inherited from Benedictine monks since the 10th century are still passed down from generation to generation, from salt workers to salt workers. It is with their collaboration and that of the greatest starred chefs that we have created a whole collection of salt with respect for art and tradition to meet the expectations of the most demanding palates.
